If you’re in Dorchester and you can’t comfortably manage your own foot care, I’m here to help. I’m Janet, a local Foot Health Practitioner, and I provide friendly, professional foot care for people who want to stay comfortable, mobile, and confident on their feet.
Many of my clients are older, have reduced flexibility, or find it difficult to reach their feet safely. If you’re worried your feet are “the worst ever” — please don’t be. I’ve seen it all, and my job is to help you feel comfortable and looked after.
I can help with:
Nail cutting and filing
Thick or difficult nails (including fungal nails)
Corns, callus and hard skin
Ingrown nails and sore areas
Foot health advice and self-care tips
Appointments are available at my Abbotsbury clinic. To book, please use my Contact & Booking page here:

Your first appointment includes a neurovascular check, and if you have diabetes, a diabetic foot check too. I’ll also give practical advice on footwear and simple ways to care for your feet between visits.
